RECIPES  - Aunt Gene's baked Spaghetti

My Aunt Gene  used to make a pretty good baked spaghetti, but it was pretty plain and it took here all day and hours in the oven. How about we do a 10 minute version well lets call it 20.   Let's also add some flavor to it and a few more ingredients and instead of all day in the oven, lets do a few minutes in the air fryer. See you for dinner time.

The Recipe-My Modified Aunt Gene's Baked Spaghetti
What you need: 1 package of any pasta. Spaghetti, linguine, etc. for me I like fettucine, the broader noodle seems to hold the taste better, but that is opinion. Olive Oil, some grape tomatoes. 1 onion, 1 pepper, any color, some frozen brocolli. you can get some frozen deveined shrimp or some fish, today i am using a little salmon. Spices: turmeric, garlic powder, paprika, sea salt and pepper.  Marinades - Some Garlic/Parmesan sauce, some herb garlic or maybe some lemon pepper, half of 1 lemon, Mustard of your choosing, I prefer spicy brown, packs of sharp cheddar cheese, mozzarella and some grated parmesan.

In a sauce pot fill halfway with water and shake some sea salt into the water and heat to boil break the pasta in half and boil it for 11 minutes, combine the wet and dry spices in any closable container as shown and shake it for 10 seconds. Pour 3/4 of it into a cup,  put the fish or shrimp in the remainder, shake again and sit. Heat a few tablespoons of olive oil in another small pot and put the veggies in it, set heat to low and stir frequently, usally a bout 2 minutes will do. After 2 minutes, take a pan and heat some oil in it, put the fish or shrimp or chicken maybe.  Stir the contents and keep the heat hiigh, making sure it does not fry. Pour the vegatbles into the same pan and sauttee for 2 more minute.

10-12 minutes in, we collander the pasta, pour a little cold water over it as you do. Pour the sauteed contents into any bowl.  Now we start layering in some pasta, then some veggies, etc, some oil, some cheeses, and repeat in that order.   Once you have layered it all in, set your air fryer for the default 390 degrees/20 minutes setting. stir and shuffle the layers every 5 minutes and once done you are ready to eat my friend.
