Ingredients:


2 lbs. Meatloaf Mix


1 diced Sweet pepper


1 tbsp. Sugar


2 onions finely diced


Salt and pepper to taste


1/2 lb. Cheddar of thin sliced Cheddar or American cheese


3/4 cup oatmeal to act as a binder


1 cup Spaghetti Sauce

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except the spaghetti sauce and place in an oiled loaf cooking dish.

PreHeat the oven

Bake at 350 F for 1 hour

Five minutes before Meatloaf is don, cover top with thin slices of cheese

Heat Spaghetti Sauce and serve with the Meatloaf in a sauce bowl
