Ingredients


1 butterflied Leg of Lamb
1-2 cups of your favorite Barbeque Sauce
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tbsp. MSG
1 tbsp. Sugar

Directions

Mix the barbeque sauce and the seasonings and rub thm into the lamb.

Let sit for an hour to absorb the flavors and then put the lamb on the grill. The time needed depends on the size of the leg and the degree of rareness you desire.
