Ingredients
3 lbs. beef eye or round roast2 cups Port wine2 cups Water2 cups baby Carrots2 large Onions, chopped1 1/2 cup chopped Celery2 tsp. Garlic powder2 cups Mushrooms1 tsp. dried Thyme leaves, crushed1 tsp. Oregano)2 tsp. MSGDirections
Put all ingredients in a pot, cover and simmer until tender
Remove vegetables and put them in a blender. Pour off stock and remove melted fat. Put stock into blender and blend on high (This uses the vegetables as a thickener).
Serve with Carrots and Potatoes
