Ingredients
1 butterflied Leg of Lamb1-2 cups Port wine2 tsp. Garlic Powder2 tsp. Ginger1 tbsp. MSG1 tbsp. Sugar2 tsp. Curry powderDirections
Mix wine and seasonings and rub them into the lamb
Let sit for an hour to absorb the flavors and then barbeque. The time needed depends on the size of the leg and the degree of rareness you desire.
